Zadar and Croatia are waiting for you

Croatia is a truly beautiful country. If you have visited you will already know this and if you have not well….you really must.

Zadar is the closest major town to our development with a population of around 75,000. Zadar has also just been voted Best European Destination for 2016. The main island area is truly unique and a fantastic place to visit and so close to where our properties will stand. It has an airport with direct flights from the UK so getting there will be so easy and affordable.

“The sunset of Zadar is the worlds most beautiful and incomparably better than in the key west, Florida”

Alfred Hitchcock quoted whilst staying in Zadar in 1964.
